CMI’s Vocational Training, Skill Development, and HR Recruitment Services are oriented towards employability of human resources, combining the objectives of government developmental projects, individual careers, with that of trained manpower needs of corporate employers.

CMI Learning & Development (CMI-Lead), Consulting Management Incorporate (CMI-Corp), and CMI L&D Foundation are under a common board and management team, with group operations synergic in terms of overall strategy and operational verticals. CMI Group has trained more than 1 lakh candidates across all industry segments since inception, and has trained over 7500 candidates over the last 5 years, in skilling, employability, and entrepreneurship, under mandates from Govt. agencies, and CSR Partners, in particular.

CMI Learning & Development (CMI-Lead) is a Training Partner of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC, MSDE, GoI), and PBSSD (DTET&SD, GoWB), for Govt, CSR funded & fee based projects under National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF). CMI-Lead is also associated with Tata Institute of Social Sciences – School of Vocational Education (TISS-SVE).

CMI-Lead undertakes frontline and grassroot level work in the areas of employability & entrepreneurship, having state-wide intensive & extensive reach. CMI-Lead is the dedicated training arm of founding proposing entity CMI-Corp. CMI-Lead is ISO 29990:2010 certified (Learning Services for Non-Formal Education & Training), and is also registered with NGO Darpan under NITI Aayog. CMI-Lead draws upon the rich industry experience, corporate connect, and infrastructure presence of CMI-Corp, to value add and augment its objectives.

Consulting Management Incorporate (CMI-Corp), formed in 1996, works on manpower recruitment, frontline training, and human resource management services across industry segments BFSI, IT-ITeS, Retail, & FMCG Distribution, and has been Vocational Training Provider (VTP) affiliated with Directorate of Industrial Training, (DIT, GoWB), under the Skill Development Initiative Scheme (SDIS, DTE, GoI). CMI-Corp is associated with major Industry Partners – Reliance Retail & Reliance Foundation, ITC Limited, Godrej Consumer, Dabur India, and Eureka Forbes., CMI-Corp is registered under the MSMED Act, is ISO 9001:2008 QMS certified.

CMI L&D Foundation, non-profit entity of the group, incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, project implementing agency for CSR & Govt schemes, in vocational education & livelihoods, social justice & empowerment, SHG women, rural entrepreneurship, and inclusive & sustainable development, having CSR-1, 80G/12A, PF/ESIC, NGO Darpan, NCS Portal, and Shram Suvidha registrations. CMI Foundation adheres to ISO 26000:2010 (guidance on social responsibility).
