PMKVY-CSSM (West Bengal)
CMI Learing and Development is a proud training partner for PMKVY-CSSM or Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana- Centrally Sponsored State Managed, for the state of West Bengal. This project is a state component of the PMKVY Scheme and receives funding from the Central Government.
Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) implemented by National Skill Development Corporation. The objective of this Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood.

Utkarsh Bangla (PBSSD)
Utkarsh Bangla and CMI Learning and Development

West Bengal SC, ST & OBC Development and Finance Corporation
West Bengal SC & ST & OBC Development & Finance Corporation (A Govt. of West Bengal Undertaking) has undertaken Skill Development Training for the people belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) & Other Backward Class (OBC) communities of the State of West Bengal through Industrial and Commercial activities in order to make SC/ST/OBC people self-dependant and to provide employment opportunities.

West Bengal Tribal Development Cooperative Corporation Limited
West Bengal Tribal Development Co-operative Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as WBTDCC) has been set up with a view to providing all kinds of supports, financial, technical, marketing and others, to the tribal people of the state for their socio-economic development. These supports are provided through the LAMPS which are the affiliated societies of WBTDCC. Presently registration of these LAMPS are done by WBTDCC itself.

State Urban Development Agency (SUDA) Under Department of Urban Development & Municipal Affairs Its mission is to promote Urban Development initiatives in the Urban Areas of West Bengal with improved Urban Governance for providing effective Citizen Centric Services to the citizen for Livable, Clean, Green and Hygienic Environment.
